For example, he is absent yesterday and should automatically appeared on his timesheet "ABSENT"

Hi, can I set Timetrex to automatically display to report "ABSENT" or "LEAVE" whenever the employee is absent?

The Over Schedule (Daily) over time policy with an active after setting of 1hr will only calculate overtime after the employee has worked more than one hour after their scheduled time for the day. So if they are scheduled to work 8hrs, they need to work 9hrs or more before they will get overtime. Y...

Hi shaunw. Thank you for the update of OT policy. I already upgrade version 3.0.5 but there are 2 problems. First, When I apply policy to Over Schedule (Daily) and active after 11 hours will display: IN - 8:55 AM OUT - 8:20 PM WORKED - 11:25 (IN+OUT) PAID - 10:25 (- 1 HOUR BREAK) REGULAR - 8:00 HOUR...

IN - 8:56 am
OUT - 8:19 pm

PAID - 10:23 (I set 1 hour break)

The daily schedule overtime policy did not work for me bcoz it will computer from punch in to out. I used Date/Time premium policy but doesn't show in Detailed Employee Report.

Hi. Is there any way to compute overtime If the employee exceeded 1 hour after his work schedule?
For example work schedule 9am-6pm. If he punch out 6:59pm It will not consider as OT but If he punch out 7:00 pm onwards It will compute as overtime.

Hi. How can I remove Overtime column from Timesheet detailed report? When I click Report>Timesheet Details and click Display Detailed Report it always show Overtime column.

Hi, just a few question regarding generating a report. When I generate a report for all employee some time IN/OUT are missing but the other employee have it.
