Occasionally an employee will clock in (or out) and timetrex will enter it twice; the second will be exactly one minute later than the first. Naturally this messes up their next clock in or out. Clock is continually losing time
I have been using Timetrex timekeeping for about two months now, and the timeclock has lost about 11 minutes over that period. Any clue as to why?

I have set up my pay periods to start on Saturday and end on Friday. But for some reason, no matter what I do, when my employees clock in and out on Saturday it is not included in the rest of the week. On Saturday it states "Employee is not currently assigned to a pay period." But on Sunda...
