Occasionally an employee will clock in (or out) and timetrex will enter it twice; the second will be exactly one minute later than the first. Naturally this messes up their next clock in or out. Also lately, they have clocked in (or out), they have checked their time sheet to make sure it registers ...

I have been using Timetrex timekeeping for about two months now, and the timeclock has lost about 11 minutes over that period. Any clue as to why?
