I quess to further update this matter. I was having problems with the adding up of the pay stub. My taxes or deductions would show up but they wouldn't be calcutated into my final pay check. oops

My bank wants a test Direct Deposit (AHC) file for $0.00 for each employee so they may test that the account numbers and such are right.

After messing with overtime policy and policy groups, adding and subtracting employees. My regular time no longer shows up on the pay-stub. But the overtime shows up.

Is this a possible issue with importing?

I need a policy that will compute monday through saturday for 40+ hours recieves time and half over time and sunday is time and half computed as overtime.

mon- sat week = overtime > 40
sunday = overtime

but not doubled up

It may have been a data base updating issue. Because it works now. I was trying it view pay stubs within a couple minutes of building the new scedules.

Like an hour went by and I check on them and they worked great:)

Match up the ip on the site with the one on the station list. If you want to use that computer enable the matching IP with the station

I had monthly salaried employees in semi-monthly pay schedules. When i changed them to monthly schedule I can no longer end my pay period.

When I try to end the pay period and view there pay stubs I receive error messages.

I have employees that take out draws monthly between pay periods. Some are the same every month and some are based on their needs at the time.
