with bcc i mean, for example, when a supervisor should get informed of an exception, the bcc field is used (according to the timetrex log)

Re: Exception Emails are not delivered
first of all, really cool, how quick problems are processed from your side..... I upgraded to v5.2.4 yesterday, The Debug Log says that that e-mails from timetrex-side generally are sent correctly (via smtp), but still do not always* arrive in users mailboxes I enabled extended logging on our mailse...

Re: Exception Emails are not delivered
It is exactly the same with the soap method,
the notifications i receive from mail.timetrex.com only come from punches, or when an internal timetrex-message is sent
no other timetrex-mails arrive on our mailserver although they are listed in the audit trail

Re: Exception Emails are not delivered
That is also what I thought first, then I disabled all content/spamfilters for the timetrex sender address, checked the mail server logs, but I found no entries for these mails arriving on the mail server (but there are entries for the "punch-triggered-mails") Also in the timetrex' sendmai...

Re: Exception Emails are not delivered
ok, i now enabled notification for both supervisor and employee...
the users do cause exceptions themselves when punching via API,
but i found out that no station id is set with these API punches, could that be the reason?

Re: API Question
yes i want to change absences. but as i found only APIAbsencePolicy and not APIAbsence, i thought Accruals would do the same. If I override the absence manually in the timesheet, also an, for example "consultation" accrual with this amount is created, so maybe it works vice versa....
