Timeclock Options
We are looking into using Timetrex with hardware timeclocks, but was wanting to know if you have more options for standalone timeclocks. The starting price tag is pretty steep (especially when multiplied by 13 timeclocks).

Reverting Back
Ever since I have upgraded to 2.1.0, we have had all sorts of weird problems. Punches not show up as the correct times, taking longer to do things that used to work fine.
Is it possible to go back to 2.0.3 and if so what is the process?

I did everything you stated above and read the link to the other post. When I went to import the punches, the only thing that would import was the payroll that we just finished (which is still open) and my current payroll (that started on 10/20/07). Anything before then (which had been closed) would...

I just upgraded to 2.1.0 RC4 and still cannot get this to work. I did a copy and paste from what you had in the page and still do not get the option to show up. Below is what I have in the file: {if $is_previous_time_sheet_verified == FALSE AND is_object( $current_user ) AND is_object( $user_obj ) A...

Salary Employees
Is there any way to automate an 8 hour workday for salaried employees? What I am looking to do is to automate salaried employee's timesheets. If they get called in after hours, we would like for them to also be able to clock in and out and have it automatically be overtime. Currently running Timetre...

It only seems to happen right around 8:00 AM when alot of people are clocking in. If you go ahead and clock in, it will cloc...

Entire pay period is not showing on reports
When I go to run reports (specifically, the Timesheet Detail Report) I get the correct pay period that shows up as a header, but the actual data is cutting off one day (Saturday) at the beginning and adding the next pay period's Saturday at the end. Our pay periods run from Saturday to Friday bi-wee...

Questions on Overtime and Absence
Is there any way that timesheets and reports can display regular hours, overtime hours, and total hours? I have an overtime policy set that any hours > 40 to use the overtime policy. However, these are not showing up on the timesheet or reports; they just show regular time and total time. What would...

Accumulated Time Not Always Calculating
We are having a problem with the accumulated time not calculating. We seeme to notice this more when the employee does not take a lunch for the day. They will clock in at 8:00 AM and then clock out at 5:00 PM with no lunch. I have also noticed when it does this, Timetrex will not put their punch out...

I know the employee's can print out their timesheet and there is a place for the employee and the supervisor to sign, but is there any way to do all of this online (like through...

Employee's Initial Sign-on
Is there any way to require employee's to change their password at first sign on? We are also not wanting employee's to be able to edit their contact info. But at the same time, we do not need all of their contact info entered for what we are doing. Is there any way of making this not show up for em...
