TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Hello - I have a silly question. I know how to enter recurring schedules, but I can't seem to get it right when I'm entering a "one off" schedule (i.e. I want to schedule someone for an out of the ordinary time). Also, I'd like to be able to print a schedule like the attached. I have found...
