I need help on debugging this issue. The default taxes are not being applied to new imported users and with imported pay stub data. After I manually apply them to the tax deductions and generate pay stubs for that pay period, pay stubs are not generated for the new users.
Help!

Would it be possible to have future program updates handle this within the program and not rely on the quirky locales functions in various operating systems?

Maryland Unemployment Report

We need to provide the State of MD with an ASCII report that lists sin, first letter of first name plus first 4 letters of last name and total wages paid for the quarter. Are reports like this or the ability to create them planned for a future release?

Import From The Application

Imports of user and other data is currently done via the command line. I understand that work is being done to develop an import interface from the application but it does not have a high priority. We would be willing to complete your coding and testing of the interface since it has a very high prio...

There is no locales-all package on Ubuntu. I added the language-pack-en and updated the locales-en-US and locales-en-US.UTF-8 but I still am not seeing 2 decimal places in the Timetrex pay stub forms.

The tax/deductions are listed correctly in the New Hire Defaults section, but are not being applied to new users that are electronically imported.

Auto Apply Tax/Deductions To Imported Users

How do I automatically apply all tax/deductions to imported users? I now have to manually apply all the newly imported users to each tax/deduction type.

Multiple Bank Records for Direct Deposit

I understand that currently Timetrex only provides 1 bank record per employee for direct deposit accounts. Many of our employees split their deposits into checking and savings accounts.
Please consider adding this in a future version.

After applying the changes to the file and re-calculating the pay stubs for the test employees, the District tax is still not appearing on the stub and not deducted from gross pay.

I added the district formula as 7.83% to reflect both the Maryland rate and local Baltimore County rate and set it to apply to all active employees. I recalculated their pay and the district deduction still does not appear in the pay stub.

Maryland State Tax Calculation

I have set up some sample employees for testing and assigned Province/State Tax along with federal withholding, unemployment, etc. When I calculate their pay, there is no deduction for Maryland State taxes but all the other deductions appear. How do I fix this.

I thought that was the purpose for the wage and wage_weekly_time fields to tell timetrex to pay the person wage x wage_weekly_time for that week. Our hourly employees wage and weekly time varies each week.

After successfully importing the employee data as per the previous posts, it looks like the payroll info (i.e wage, wage_id,wage_weekly_time) did not post to the system.
