Re: Regular Time Amount keeps changing depending on days in month
In the companies I used to work for, I got paid equal amounts on the 1st and 15th all year regardless of absences, holidays, and vacations. I can change back the settings so that I don't have to punch in on statutory holidays. But before I made changes to the 'Vacation Accrual', there was a 'Vacatio...

Re: Regular Time Amount keeps changing depending on days in month
According to the TimeSheet Detail Report, I was absent on Monday, May 22, 2023 (Total Absence Time of 08:00). This is because this was a statutory holiday in my country. In the Statement of Earnings, there is a line for "Statutory Holiday" with an amount of $0.00. I made a system change to...

Regular Time Amount keeps changing depending on days in month
Hello, I am using TimeTrex cloud edition for payroll (Ontario, Canada). I am the only employee. I want to get paid the exact same amount on the 1st and the 15th every month. I have noticed that depending on how many days there are in the month, and if there are holidays, the Earnings Amount will be ...

Is there or will there be a Flash-free version for the entire app in the current version or in the future? Perhaps using AJAX instead?

Causes of missing CA and ON tax deduction in pay stubs
I have 3 employees that I have setup in TimeTrex. I had to back fill all of the punches from Jan 1, 2012 (yes, my server crashed). When processing the Payroll, the CA (Canada Federal) and ON (Ontario Provincial) taxes are being deducted from 2 employees. It is not being deducted from 1. I have looke...

Re: geting a network timeout with 5.1 on new install of time
I reinstalled TimeTrex and chose PostgreSQL as the database provider. The problem no longer exists for me.shaunw wrote:The problem doesn't exist in PostgreSQL and we highly recommend using PostgreSQL instead of MySQL whenever possible.

Re: Timesheet: Usability Design Improvements
1. Attendance > Timesheet : Clicking on a cell automatically opens the Punch In/Out Pop-Up instead of having to click on "New". This wouldn't work as it conflicts other features, like editing, mass selection, etc... 2. Punch In/Out Pop-Up : Hitting the Enter key "saves" the entr...

Re: Lunch Not Getting Auto-Deducted
Do you still have the policy assigned to your policy groups? The Meal Policy was not assigned to a Policy Group. After assigning it to the 'Hourly Employees' Policy Group, it started working as expected. I also ran 'Recalculate Timesheet' and that automatically deducted the lunches for the entire w...

Lunch Not Getting Auto-Deducted
1. I normally punch my times on Fridays for the entire week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In Version 3.7, lunches were automatically deducted. In Version 5.1, it is not being auto-deducted. I have the same settings as in the previous version: Type: Auto-Deduct Active After: 03:00 Deduction/Addi...

Hi shawnw, do you have a clue why this is happening? When I click on Company Info, why is it 'downloading' something? The site and database are both local to me.shaunw wrote:Please enable logging as described in the above post so we can get more information to go on.
