Re: NGINX Config Example
If you are getting the same error, its likely that you haven't corrected your timetrex.ini.php, which states "mariadb" for the database type and can only be "postgres" like the example file uses. Please note we have step-by-step instructions for standard installations of TimeTrex on Linux here: http...

Re: NGINX Config Example
A few things: 1. You should be trying to access "/interface/install/install.php" the first time you install TimeTrex. 2. MySQL database is not supported, you must use PostgreSQL instead. 3. I would recommend using the default timetrex.ini.php initially, going through the above installer will help yo...

Re: Weekly Pay
If you want to pay an employee without them having to punch in/out, you can use Pay Stub Amendments, or Tax/Deductions instead.

Re: Weekly Pay
Your screenshot shows $0/hr, so there aren't any earnings to generate a pay stub for. So either that employees wage record is wrong, or you need to recalculate the timesheet so the wage takes effect retroactively. Regarding the piece rate/commission, there isn't a way to create custom units, but you...

Re: Weekly Pay
To pay employees a fixed salary, they still must have at least 1 minute of time recorded on their timesheet. To pay by pay sales (commission or piece work), there are multiple methods, one method is to simply enter a pay stub amendment (Payroll -> Pay Stub Amendments) for whatever amount you want to...

Re: TimeTrex update error
You're TimeTrex stack components are too old to upgrade in a single step. Try upgrading to v11.0.2 first with the below installer, then from there going to the latest v12.X:

Re: Mass Punch of weekdays in CV 12.6.5
Attendance -> Punches, click "New", then click the icon in the date field to open the date selection box, there you can select a range or any number of individual dates that you wish. Not quite as easy as just picking M-F, but slightly more flexible. If you are primarily interested in auto-punching ...

Re: Getting Local Taxes onto W2s - kinda Urgent please
Currently each District/Locality does need to be assigned to separate Pay Stub Accounts, however that restriction will be relaxed somewhat in the near future. If you need to retroactively move tax amounts from one Pay Stub Account to another, you can create Pay Stubs of type "Year-to-Date Adjustment...

Re: Getting Local Taxes onto W2s - kinda Urgent please
Tax/Deduction calculation types can't be changed on existing records, but you can use "Copy as New" on the old (incorrect) record to copy it to a new (soon to be correct) record, then you can change to the proper calculate type. As long as you don't change the selected Pay Stub Account (where the ta...

Re: Email Cheque Stubs
It can depend on how you have TimeTrex installed on your server and where the employee is accessing it from. If you don't have TimeTrex remotely accessible from the public internet, then the employees would only be able to access the link from your local network.
