Re: Another daylight saving issue

If you edit then save one of your recurring schedules, without making any changes, does it correct the problem for you on future scheduled shifts?

Also do you have "system_timezone" specified in your timetrex.ini.php file at all?

Re: How to carry scheduled absence to timesheet

Recurring Schedules do affect both the schedule and the timesheet, however they don't take effect until at the next day at the earliest.

Re: TimeTrex is unable to connect to its database.

Not much else to say other than TimeTrex can't connect to your database. You will want to start by confirming the hostname, username, password or database name is correct, or check that connections aren't being blocked by a firewall.

Re: Loan

I did further testing and everything seems to be working as expected. Keep in mind that when the target is blank, that tells TimeTrex there is no target at all, therefore it treats it as if its just a Fixed Amount calculation without any target. If the target is set to "0", then it would only trigge...

In Linux you need to use a similar pg_restore command from the restore_database.bat on Windows.

The procedure is similar to our FAQ: How do I migrate TimeTrex On-Site from one computer to another? https://help.timetrex.com/v11.0/enterprise/Content/Frequently-Asked-Questions/FAQ-Installation.htm You just need to adjust the commands slightly for Linux on the destination server rather than Window...

Re: Persistent Error 500

There is definitely some instability with your system or a combination of the installed software libraries then, as PHP should never be crashing like that. Is your windows installation 32bit or 64bit? Unfortunately trying to narrow down such crashes can be extremely difficult, here a few things I wo...

On the W2 report, under the "Form Setup" tab, you see and change which pay stub accounts get allocated to each box on the W2.

Re: Overtime

Go to Payroll -> Pay Period Schedules, and edit your pay period schedule, then under the "Advanced" tab, confirm the "Overtime Week" setting is correct. If not, correct it, then recalculate your pay periods and that should fix the issue for you.

To know for sure we would need to see the log file from when you generated the pay stub for the employee who it didn't work for. Re: Payroll report and tax report numbers do not add up

When running any payroll related reports (ie: Pay Stub Summary, Tax Reports, etc...) the Time Period (date filter) that you use is based on the "Transaction Date", not the pay period start/end date. So the employee may have "worked" in Q1, but got paid (transaction date) in Q2, that makes that pay s...

Re: Rouding Policy Ignoring Break Time

According to that log, TimeTrex thinks the daily total time worked is 5814 seconds (1.615 hours), which is only the time from 4:05PM to 5:41PM, so that leads me to believe that the "lunch" punches aren't actually flagged as "lunch", and instead are "normal" punches. Can you confirm if this is the ca...

Re: TimeTrex on site not updating

Yes, the auto-update should continue upgrading, and likely will if you give it another day or two.

Not all patch level releases (last digit in the version) get release notes due to the fact that they can be minor changes that might not warrant notifying all customers about.
