shaunw, believe it or not by asking your question you answered mine. I issue was a recurring schedule that I created. Eventhough I deleted it in the current schedule it continued to be there. When I deleted the recurring schedule, that solved my problem. Thanks

New to timetrex i created some schedule to see how the program worked. now i want to use th program for rel but the schedules i created even after I deleted them continue to show up. how do you perminately rmove a schedule? Thanks
