I am havinng a problem with this week pay period, i dont know why in the weekly pay period there are some "excluded" days

The weekly pay period is 01/12/14 - 07/12/14

Hello,
I've been using timetrex only for time control, not for payroll, I would like to start using it for payroll too.
Is there any way to get into timetrex the already accumulated social security payments? or do I have to start from scratch?
