Timesheet detail report
The overtime is not being calculated correctly when there is no out punch on the previous day. The absence is also shown on the previous day. Also, even though the pay period is 1st Dec - 31st Dec, 30th Nov is also being reported.

There are multiple hierarchies, but all these days, when I selected the Hierarchy level as 1, I was shown all requests whether they were authorized by the previous level or not. Now it is not showing. It is only after the upgrade to the latest version that this problem seems to have started.

When I click on unread messages, no new messages are shown. However, there is a pending request in the timesheet. When I click on that the request is not shown. All screenshots attached

We are using the cloud hosted version of timetrex. I am the administrator. Leave requests are not showing in the 'request authorization' of My Account if the date fields are left blank. Attendance Punch In/Out
Our Timetrex cloud version was updated to 7.2. Since then, the punch in/out is not working properly. Every alternate time we get a message 'You are not authorized to punch in or out from this station'.

Reports do not work on Chrome version 29. I now have 30 and the reports are working fine on Chrome.

As there was a print timesheet icon in the timesheet reports, i presumed there should be one in the others too. My mistake. I have now checked employee reports too and I get 'No display columns selected' for all the reports. I have not made any changes to the firewall settings in the last month, but...

I have attached a screenshot of available employee reports and the screenshot when an employee report is selected. There is no print option.
While the reports do not work in Chrome v 29, they are not working on FF or IE either under Windows 8. I get the report saying No display columns selected

The option of Employee Summary does not display. The only options I have under Employee Reports is Whos In Summary, Employee Information and Audit Trail. I am not able to run any reports other than Timesheet Reports. There is only an option to Share the report, but none to print it. Also, in earlier...

I have tried on Chrome, IE and Firefox on Windows 8. In Chrome, there is no output. In IE and Firefox, I get this report of 'No display columns selected'. I generally use Chrome and as I said, till last month, it was working fine.

I notice the problem is only while running it on Windows 8. It is working fine on earlier versions of Windows. Also, it was working fine on Windows 8 last month.

I noticed that there was a post that said that said it was possibly due to chrome version 29.x. So I tried on Firefox and IE and I got a report that said 'No display columns selected' even though I have selected 13 columns

Sometimes when I add a new employee, after I have entered the user name, I get an error message 'User name is already taken, User name not specified' even though there is no user by that name.

Yes, that is how it was appearing. Now it does not appear in My Account->Requests Authorization thus making it impossible to authorize

Missed Punch Request
When a missed punch request is sent, the superior receives it as a message rather than as a request and this cannot be authorized. We are using the cloud version of timetrex.
