Re: Accruals Over Week Incorrect
I'm currently doing some edits, that's why it is reading differently than what you saw in the PDF. I think I discovered a clue. See the attached PDF showing Accumulated Time for 4/3 (before edits). Accruals Over Week Incorrect
We are using the Community/Online Edition and a variety of Web Browsers for interface. One of the categories of workers we have does a 20 hour work week (4 hours per day / M-F). Any hours over 20 are put into an Accrual Account. This has all been working fine until we started doing some longer shift...

Accrual Import Round 2
I originally posted this during the holidays, so it may have been missed. I am using the online/community edition and am trying to import accruals. I've looked at the example CSV format, etc. and my file follows the same format. However, when I go to assign my mappings, the "Field" select ...

Re: Accrual Issue Pt. II
To follow up, creating a Schedule Policy for this group and excluding the Premium Policies for the other groups, and then updating/refreshing the schedules, corrected the extra Premium Policy driven Accruals.

Accrual Issue Pt. II
Info: Community Edition, Online, Different Browsers. If I'm looking at things correctly, V8 made some changes to Schedule Policies, specifically adding the ability to Include/Exclude policies from Regular Time/Overtime/Premium. What made me notice this is that I was verifying timesheets for last wee...

Re: Accrual Double Banking
Thanks, but part of the usage is for the employee to easily check the amount of work in different areas. Using the Accrual feature allows the to quickly go to the Accrual Balances tab and see where they stand. In actuality, they are required to work X hours in particular areas. So the employee (and ...

Re: Help with Importing Employees (CSV)
After some head scratching and poking about, the solution to the problem was to clear the Adobe Flash Player Browsing Data and Settings. There must have been something cached in there that wouldn't clear out.
