Please make sure that you have generated the pay stubs by clicking Payroll -> Pay Stubs, and then clicking the Generate Pay Stub icon or use the 9-step Payroll Processing Wizard by clicking Payroll -> Process Payroll icon. Thanks for the response, Shaun. It wasn't intentionally to use 2 accounts. I have had so many difficulties with setting up my original account that I thought I'd "start over" with a new one using the Community version instead. I will followup with support. Creating duplicate accounts viola...

Can't generate Pay Stubs/Run Payroll

Wheneren I go to Payroll-->Pay Stubs I get the message "No Results Found". I have 5 employees with timesheet information and all have been been assigned to the Pay Periods and all show punches and total hours. I've tried doing the Import from the Attendance-->Punches tab and still get zero...
