Is there a way to import punches through a CSV file like version 7 offers?

I think this is a very crucial feature.

I am trying to install TT manually on PHP Version (v5.5.9-1ubuntu4.5), Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS, PostgreSQL 9.3.

I am stuck at Database Configuration now. Do I need to create a ROLE and DB for timetrex first in postgres? What would be the commands associate with it?
