TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Today when every employee tries to clock-in and hit save, nothing happens. than as a admin, when i tried to clock them in manually, it would not save when i click on save & continue. than i checked other places. and it will not let anyone clock in

I know i was having issue at that time alerting all user to contact administrator. i than i updated to latest version and that problem resolved, but now i am missing 1 accrual period for all employees.
