EDIT: The punch clock seems to be okay now. That was some witchcraft. I'll be sure to update if there are any more issues. Thank you!I understand that I might have to change my schedules manually, but this still does not correct the punch clock issue. It is still one hour behind.

Re: Daylight Savings Time issue (new)
Canada/Eastern set my schedules ahead, incorrectly, by one hour. It does not correct the punch clock issue. I am running the cloud edition. How would I figure out if the server is incorrect?

Re: Daylight Savings Time issue (new)
We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Under My Account -> Preferences, I have it set to EST. The strange thing is, this seems to be the only time zone setting that correctly displays right now. If I change it to Canada/Central, I have the same issue (time cards and punch clock all one hour be...

Re: Daylight Savings Time issue (new)
Actually, the only way I was able to correct TimeTrex not recognizing DST was to change the time zone to EST. I tried the other changes you suggested and it doesn't fix the issue. Is there anything I can screenshot to show what might be happening?

Daylight Savings Time issue (new)
Hello, I looked this up in the forum first, but my issue isn't covered (and those threads are mostly locked). Daylight savings time seems to have affected the punch time so it's off by one hour. My employees and my account are all set to the correct time zone (EST). Everything in the schedules updat...

Flagging schedules as confirmed
It would be great if there was a way to flag schedules as complete and confirmed, rather than being viewable by employees as the administrator is working on them. For example, I create a schedule manually every two weeks for the following two weeks. I might start working on this schedule a week befo...

Re: Manual shift creation issues
I created a shift for "Mr. Administrator" on February 28th. I am unable to access it in order to make changes through either the scheduled shifts page (because only scheduled shifts up until February 14 are showing) or the schedules page because the edit option is greyed out in the right-c...

It really doesn't make any sense that I can't edit shifts created in the future and this is seriously impacting my ability to implement this scheduling system... please help. Thanks.

Re: Manual shift creation issues
Also, I'm able to edit time sheets with this method exactly as it should work.
It's the scheduled shifts that are giving me issues.

Re: Manual shift creation issues
Hi, sorry to keep coming back to this, but they simply don't highlight. I'm not able to select a single cell - only the date cell highlights (as shown in the screenshot). This is why I was using the Scheduled shifts screen to edit them. When I click/select/anything a single cell, I get the same resu...

Re: Manual shift creation issues
I need to edit shifts I created for the next pay period.
I can't access them because they don't show up in the Attendance -> Scheduled Shifts screen.
Is there somewhere else I can edit them? Or do I have to wait until they update with the pay period?
Thanks.

Re: Manual shift creation issues
Okay - here are screenshots of the time sheet (obviously no info because these are future dates), the scheduled shifts (organized by dates - the shifts aren't showing up so I can't edit them), and the schedule, which shows that I've created the shifts, they just aren't showing up for editing purpose...

Re: Manual shift creation issues
Update: When I create a shift in the "scheduled shifts" screen and set the date to February __, it shows it as January 30 when I view scheduled shifts.
