Re: Displaying Docked deductions on Paytub (Salaried Employe
I only found out that this only works on v9.0.4 (Community). On your Absence Pay Code, you would need to change the Pay Stub Account that it is linked too, to a different Pay Stub Account that is of a "Employee Deduction" type, then change the pay code to be paid instead.

Displaying Docked deductions on Paytub (Salaried Employees)
Hello, I have read a topic ( http://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?t=1147 ) on why it is not shown but it is dated back in Feb 2009 and my situation is different since we don't have any deduction for Taxes (non-US based company). I just wonder if with the current Community 8.0.9 version can now s...

Thanks! it's now calculating.
I have another question but I will have to create a new topic since it's not particularly mentioned based on my subject title.

Thanks for the quick reply.
What should be the correct Pay Formula Policy in the case of the Unpaid Leave/Absence.
I have included below screenshots for my setup which does not work currently.

Re: Undertime, Overtime not calculated in Pay Stub Generatio
Ok, so does it mean if an Employee is salaried monthly with fixed amount and they have Absences or say Undertime on their assigned schedules, it won't show on their Paystub?
For example in the screenshots their is 23 unit supposed to be deducted according to their salary.

Undertime, Overtime not calculated in Pay Stub Generation
Hi,
I can't seem to figure out why all other entries do not reflect on the Pay Stub except for the Regular Time. Please help me figure out what other Policies that I have to setup or check to reflect all.
Thanks.
