How to carry scheduled absence to timesheet

I created a (recurring) absence schedule. My expectation is that the absence is carried over to timesheet but it isn't.

Are there any conditions or settings that I am unaware of or is this a wrong expectation?

Yes the OS is up to date and with service packs.

I am running the command in the command prompt but it doesn't give any output (see attachment).

The php-win.exe exists in c:\timetrex\php and also the php files exists in the directory you specified...

I am looking for possibilities to change manually the overtime hours (or add overtime hours) that is automatically calculated on the timesheet.
