Thanks for this information this is exactly what I was looking for. For anyone else who is trying to run reports based on specific people, this is located on the Setup tab underneath the fields drop down.

Re: Password issue

The example password you provided is too weak because it contains too many of the same characters/numbers in a row. "www" and "11" and "!!" are all considered duplicate and that makes up half of the password. Simply rearranging those characters to not come after one an...

Re: Pay Period Question

so we do quarterly periods with that being said would it be best to run the pay period schedule as manual. and manually create the pay period for each quarter. for example pay period 1: 08/18/16-12/13/16 and pay period 2: 01/05/17-05/05/17

Re: Pay Period Question

Ok, then 2 other questions so I can understand this better.
1)what triggers the new pay period to be created if there is already a pay period active for that time period?
2)what triggers a new pay period to be created when there is no currently active pay period?

Re: Pay periods and Schedules

so what I'm wondering is we have like 10 different recurring schedules listed for each employee if it would be best to clear that out and remake a new recurring schedule for the prior pay period if that would resolve this issue.
