In the Form 941 Report, under the "Form Setup" tab, switch the "Schedule Depositor" field to "Semi-Weekly", then the Schedule B form will be automatically generated for you.

v16.12.3 resolves this issue and is being released today. If you have auto-updates enabled, which they are by default, you should receive the update automatically within the next week.

If something is highlighted in yellow, it would typically be a specific field on a form, which if you hover over it with your mouse it should show the warning message.

If that doesn't help, can you please attach a screenshot showing the issue?

Your system_settings table appears to be corrupted as it has duplicate rows. Box 14 is a generic "other" box, so each line item in that box must have name specified before it will appear on the W2. In the Form Setup tab, you will see the "Name" input box to the left of the "Include" dropdown box, that must filled out.

Ya, every record in the "system_setting" table is duplicated, and that is causing it to get confused. Its possible other tables are similarly corrupted as well, though I'm not sure what actually occurred to determine this for sure. You could start by trying to delete the duplicate records ...

It appears to be severely confused, as it should never be attempting to run that SQL query with your version of TimeTrex. So there is likely a much bigger problem occurring. If the pay stub transactions are marked as pending, then they were never paid, so it shouldn't be a problem to delete/re-generate your pay stubs in that case.

Were you attempting to do two separate payroll runs for the employees, one for the bonus and one for the regular worked time? If you processed transactions (printed cheques) for the pay stubs, you can't re-generate them, as the cheque amounts would likely change. Therefore you would need to mark all...
