Currently importing punch data is only supported in the professional and higher editions of TimeTrex.

When you login to Timetrex there is a setting under My account -> Preferences "language" to set the language.

It is possible there is a search taking place that is not returning any results which would look like your employees are gone. When you go to the employee page (Employee -> Employees) click on the search button and then click clear to remove your search options, you can also do the same for advanced...

If using the default maintenance jobs they will be running once a night and this is when new pay periods will be created. It could be possible that your email can only be resolved publicly. If your TimeTrex server is using a local DNS configuration or if it is using Active directory you may need to setup a MX record so that the email address can be resolved locally. You can check to see if your domain is being resolved...
