i am using timetrex free cloud hosting, how can i control my employees for cheating ( logging in form home ....) so i need to specify pc-MAC address and ip address for each employee.

i just wanted to know seens i cant instal it on shared hosting.
can i use the"free cloud hosted TimeTrex Community" forever?
and what are the limitations of this free hosting ?
