Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
Tried another re-install last night using the .exe. It updated our version successfully. Still have the Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs message.
Attached timetrex.log and install.log. There were no php errors.
ps: There is still no entry in our task scheduler (assumed for triggering TT cron jobs)

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
Hello Mike. I tried re-installing TimeTrex a couple times (from the timetrex option on the windows menu that points to http://localhost:8085/interface/install/install.php). Each time took only a few seconds, as though it didn't really updated or install. It did say "complete" and gave the ...

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
Thanks Mike. Those settings were already set in the debug sections. I'll try the installer again (not .exe) and include the php error log file.

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
I found the issue in the windows log is us attaching to postgresql via ODBC to generate a few custom reports. Doesn't seem this would cause TimeTrex not to run the maintenance crons. We attach and run a query in Postgresql seldom for now. There is nothing in the Task Scheduler related to TimeTrex. C...

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
As advised, I upgraded to the latest version of Community (v11.2.2). We still have the Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hrs. Everything works in the app except the maintenance crons running. :-( Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Edition: Community (on-site) Vers...

Re: Persistent Error 500
We had the same problem for many days. We run a script that deletes old tmp files in our Windows\temp folder daily at midnight. I noticed the cache file: ZendOPcache.MemoryBase@SYSTEM@65b2f8f07d5af2583a329bf4132cf6a9 was being deleted along with the temp files and we'd have the ERROR 500. Havent see...

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
Hello. I'm having the same issue as Two8nine with the "Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours". I've followed most of the threads related to this problem. Is it safe to say re-running the installer as explained to Two8nine may help resolve the issue? By doing so, we won...

Re: getPunch() API all of sudden returning bad data
Thanks. Previous issues was resolved. Not sure if I need to start a new thread or not - but I have another question. We were using the cloud version of TimeTrex Community and have now moved to using TimeTrex onsite version. Everything instaled fine. We're able to login to TimeTrex on via our webserv...

Re: getPunch() API all of sudden returning bad data
I am using the TimeTrex Community (v11.2.1). PHP 5.6.33. Windows Server 2008R2 / IIS7. We are running Timetrex from your cloud. We created a web front-end for user punch-in/out. All has worked fine, including calling getPunch(), until yesterday. Here's what getPunch() used to return: Array ( [0] => ...

getPunch() API all of sudden returning bad data
We've been using the getPunch() api call for a while, with no issues. Today, all of sudden, there is no data returned json/array. Just a true of false. Nothing has changed in our code or the system. Last night at 5pm all is great as usual. 9am next morning all calls to getPunch() stopped working. Di...
