Requirement Check Failed

Hello all, I have started to get a Requirement check failed RED bar at the top. I believe this may have to do with it (from logs): Couple things to note here is that I have added disable_auto_upgrade = TRUE as I would like to manually upgrade whenever possible. Not sure if this log is related to the...

Re: Emailing Paystubs

Sorry about that, got my language all mixed up. When I’m in production mode and I attempt to password reset, I get a message that states that a password reset link has been sent; however, I am not actually grtting the email.

Re: Emailing Paystubs

I am still having issues with the system not sending emails. I have put this on the back burner since it isn’t too critical. What steps do I need to take in order to enable logging so that I can paste the output here?

Re: Pay Codes

Hi Shaun, Sorry for the confusion. I figured out the issue. I was trying to assign salary to a special pay stub account called "Salary Wages." It appears that Salary Wages are assigned to the the default Pay Sub account. What I did instead was set the default Pay Stub account title to "Salary Wages"...

Pay Codes

Hello There,

I added a new pay code, assigned the employee to it via policy groups. When I refresh time sheet I can see the new code taking affect on the bottom of time sheet; howwever, the wages don't go to "Pay Stub Account" that I set associated with pay code. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Payroll Reports

Hello Shaun,

I have attached the criteria I have selected. However, regardless if you "View" report within the browser or if you download "Pdf" the "SIN / SSN" gets completely ignored. SSN's are listed in SSN Field for all employees within the respective employee's profile.

Re: Setting Up Polices

Yes so basically the amendment is a misc entry that only reports tips paid for tax purpose (it doesnt add to their paychecks). In Colorado the min wage is 12/hr but you are allowed to take 3.02/hr credit for tipped employees. In this unlikely scenario but possible, suppose an employee works an 8 hr d...

Re: Emailing Paystubs

Currently the delivery_method is set to "soap" it tells me that an email has been sent but no email comes through. I've tried changing to "smtp" but then I get a contact administrator error message. How would I go about diagnosing why the emails aren't sending?

Re: Colorado, US - State Tax Calculation

Thank you for the clarification. I re-read the withholding publication on the states website. It appears they allow you to use the "New" tables or the "Old" (prior to 2020). For timetrex is appears that the "New" calculation is the only possible way, which works just fine as long as we are compliant...

Colorado, US - State Tax Calculation

Hello there. I am having issues with timetrex calculating the incorrect amount for Colorado State Income tax for a specific employee. Tipped Employees

Is it possible to have timetrex calculate the "regular rate of pay" currently some employees have hr rates of 9.98/hr but the min wage rate is 12/hr. We input tip reporting using paystub amendments and together the 8.98 + tips should be +12/hrs. Is there a way to get timetrex to automatically determ...

Re: Emailing Paystubs

Question on this old topic? Does TimeTrex still send emails about available paystubs? If so, which email in employee profiles do the emails get sent to? Are the email settings within timetrex.php.ini need to be setup or does smtp - timetrex@gmail.com work?
