just a question about interop with a phone system
currently my company uses your software for shift management and time keeping, and IT ROCKS. keep up the amazing work. i have been asked to findout how hard it would be to integrate with our phone system login so that when agents log into they're phone they are punched in. (perferably) i am curious ...
