I processed my first payroll and created a file for direct deposit to my employee's accounts. I bank with one of the largest banks in the U.S. but they tell me there is not a way to accept a direct deposit file unless I use a payroll service. Same here! I've completed everything up until my file says "Paid" but I don't know how or if I am to send an ACH file to my bank. Have you figured anything out?
