hello ,

i am receiving emails with this error , what can i do to solve this?

Error: api-exception: Code: EXCEPTION Error: Class: "APIRequestSchedule" does not exist. in: ServiceCaller.js line: undefined:undefined

no luck , ive disabled firewall and antivirus on the server and open all ports on main firewall . the issue persist .

i have checked on my firewall and i dont have any blocking on the server . what else can i check ? the issue persist .

Yes i have a firewall but i am not blocking any outgoing traffic , can you give me the IP or the URL of the notification server o i can check and debug the traffic ??

Slow Authorization Processing

When a user submits a request an authorization it tooks forever to complete the authorization and the processing warning never dissappears . i dont know what to check , i have reinstalled the software because i read in this forum that reinstalling could help but it doesnt change . . image_2022-05-24...
