How can I generate reports for employee who has Over time . & I need to know how to generate reports for Payroll Department wise for employee's

I am having VPS server and the OS is Ubuntu

when I use to free time card calculator (11:08am / 7:12pm) it shows 8:07 .

Please kindly guide me how to check the PHP and TimeTrex error logs for more information
