TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I am setting up branches, but when I try to select the state, it seems like the database is empty, doesn't show up anything, my country is United States, and no states appear.

I am using BitRock LampStack, which includes PHP 5.1.5 and MySQL 5.X, however when I run your install.php script I get this warning: Warning: Not Installed. (BCMATH extension must be enabled) which is the only thing keeping me from installing TimeTrex. Any ideas how can I enable this extension, cons...
