TimeTrex Maintenance job
Shauwn - when I realized the XAMPP installation path has changed (per the IE7 JS script error), I also realized the cronjob has not been running. So, I changed the scheduled task in WinXP to reflect the new path. Now, I can see the cron job running. However occasionally, the DOS CMD window will appe...

Shaunw - one important feature we are looking for is a strict policy enforcement. If an employee has accrued absence time, for example holiday (this is especially important), and if that day is a holiday we want it to automatically pre-filled. However, I haven't been able to see this in action. Even...

One more question about JOB and TASKS. Once the JOBS and TASKS are created, is it possible to restrict them to a group of users? I tried it on the demo site and it doesn't looks like it is possible. Like I mentioned previously, we are looking to use the JOBS and TASKS to keep track of individual pro...

Perfect! Exactly what I'm looking for. Now, is it possible to tie the JOB/TASK back to an approval hierarchy? Or is the approval process for the PRO edition the same as the STANDARD edition? BRANCH and DEPT - is it possible to add PROJECT?
It appears one can define BRANCH and DEPT to track time (for billable at least). Is there a way to define something like PROJECT? I would like a way to allow the user to pick a specific PROJECT in addition to BRANCH and DEPT. I suppose I could use DEPT and make it a listing of all projects, but havi...

Yes, I have 2 pay periods setup. Part of our requirements is the ability to switch an employee from weekly to semi-monthly (and vice-versa). I don't recall what I had JDOE initially setup as, as while testing I was changing his schedule back and forth. I wanted to see how TimeTrex will handle such a...
