Yes, I've found that. But we physically hand out checks to employees who don't have direct deposit. I've found the stubs, but no where to actually print a check. You know....Pay to the Order of xxxxx. TimeTrex only works with Direct Deposit or am I missing something?

Printing Pay Checks

Is there an option to print actual pay checks or does Timetrex only work with Direct Deposit? I've run pay stubs, but haven't found an option to print the checks.

Error when running import_users.php

I am running TimeTrex 2.2.11 on a Ubuntu linux server w/ MySQL. When I run the import_users.php from a browser I am getting "This script can only be called from the Command Line." Can I get some instructions on how to do this? I have over 100 employees to enter and importing a csv is obvio...

Even as an administrator I cannot change the time when punching in. It is greyed out. How would someone enter it manually?

Thanks, I will give that a try. Do you see what I mean about entering time as hundreths though? 20:45 (in regular military time) = 20.75 (in military hundredths). So you think it will work if we manually add our time as 20.75?

When a tech clocks in at 3:30 p.m. and clocks out at 4:15 p.m., our managers have to enter their time into our business system as 15.50 (3:30) and 16.25 (4:15). I know...it's ridiculous, but that's what we have to deal with. Does this help?

I'm looking for a change of time format, not time units. Time units calculate the time format into hundreths. I'm looking for everything to be in hundreths. So when the report is ran the in, out, and total all show in hundreths. If it's supposed to do that now, it's not. I have my test user set to 2...

Military Hundreths

We would like to have the option of all punch times being in military hundreths. We have to enter time into our business system in all military hundreths. Being able to run the punch summary report is very nice being able to see the total time (for each in/out punch) in military hundreths, but the h...

Thanks Shaun, I was confused during the initial install, but going back and researching Ubuntu Crontab and looking at the maintenance.php file I think it's working. I'm no longer getting the "Maintenance job hasn't run in 48 hours" message. One thing maybe you could clarify... I put the li...

I just installed TimeTrex on Ubuntu as well. Everything seems to be working fine, but I am confused by the cron job as well. Could you guys please write out instructions on how you accomplished it?
