Another daylight saving issue

11.1.5 Linux, PHP 5.6.33
Timezone for all employees is set to America/New York which is correct for my location. Schedules have changed from 9AM-5PM to 10AM-6PM. Recurring schedules templates say 9-5. Can I fix this? Time and timezone on the server/OS are correct

'Paid Time' column in reports

I'm playing with the beta interface and I got reports to work. In the classic interface, there's a column labeled 'Paid Time' available in Wages Payable report. I'm trying to duplicate this in the beta interface, but the 'Paid Time' column seems to be unavailable. This column is handy because it tot...

Re: 'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

I spoke too soon - maybe had to wait for a cron job to run. I tried again and now reports work. Thanks for the great support!

Re: 'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

I'm using a stock CentOS Linux 6.4 server. I did 'yum install php-mbstring' and that seemed to complete properly but my reports are still giving the same error. Should I maybe re-run the installer yet again? or post a new log?

Re: 'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

When I first installed there was no error. I re-ran the installer and it whined about permissions of the timetrex_cron_last_executed.log file, which I corrected. The installer was then happy and completed, however I'm still unable to get reports working.... I'm seeing the same behavior. Should I pos...

Log is here:

Re: 'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

Hi - As I mentioned, "Wages Payable Summary" is the name of the report which works in the *classic interface*, and I'm trying to reproduce that report in the beta interface. So far I've been unable to get *any* report to work in the beta interface. Attached is a screen shot of my attempt t...

Re: 'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

"Wages Payable Summary" is the name of the report that works under the classic interface but gives the error under the beta interface. That report lists the hours worked by each employee for regular time and overtime during a given pay period. Maybe I don't understand what you're asking - ...

Re: 'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

I'm trying to reproduce the Wages Payable report that I use without issue from within the classic interface. My apache error log shows: [Mon Sep 09 11:03:24 2013] [error] [client 192.168.X.100] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: columns_data in /var/www/html/TimeTrex/classes/modules/report/Report.class...

'Error operation can not be completed' on Reports

I'm running 7.1.2 Community Edition on a Centos 6 server. Reports work fine under the classic/legacy interface, but if I try to view a report on the new beta interface, I get the message 'Error operation can not be completed'. Does anyone know where I might find a solution?

Adding to scheduled shift not working

Version: 5.3.2 using Postgres

I'm trying to add a new employee to Scheduled Shifts. I added him to Recurring Schedule and he shows up there along with other employees, but he does not appear in Scheduled Shifts. Maintenance Jobs Last Ran data looks ok. Any thoughts?

Employee is not assigned to a Pay Period Schedule.

I see the message "Employee is not assigned to a Pay Period Schedule." when I look at employees time sheets and have a date of Jan 2 2013 or after selected. Version is 5.2.1 and using Postegres. Schedules seem to exist. Can anyone shed light?

Oops nevermind - I found where to fix it :)

Disable Quick Start Wizard

I did a fresh install of 5.2.0 and manually entered all of my company and employee data because I was unable to migrate from mysql automatically. All seems well, except that when I log in, the Quick Start Wizard comes up. How to disable this?

Re: Upgrading to 5.1.0 - database upgrade won't finish

OK thanks I'll do that. In case the info is useful, I created the table which my apache error log said was missing and again tried to upgrade the database just for fun. This time it sill failed but the apache error logs changed and mentioned another missing table or two. Do you think the next releas...

Re: Upgrading to 5.1.0 - database upgrade won't finish

I copied the data and database from my production server which runs 5.0.8 and mysql. The older database which I also tried using, from before my problems began, was a backup from when I was running (I think) 5.0.7. The production server still seems to work fine after the database upgrade failed. I'm...

Ok - I'll have to repeat the process with logging enabled. Something like this perhaps?

buffer_output = TRUE
enable_log = TRUE
verbosity = 11

Re: Upgrading to 5.1.0 - database upgrade won't finish

I restored the database to a backup from before my upgrade attempt, then downloaded and installed TimeTrex_Standard_Edition_v5.1.0.zip. I enabled the installer and loaded ..../install/install.php. Everything proceeded but again the database upgrade pooped out at 97%. I then disabled the installer an...
