Re: Changed PayPeriods, now YTD Totals on Paystubs not corre
That's kinda what I thought would need to be done but I didn't wanna attempt it in case you folks went in and changed stuff again for me. Regardless, that seems to have solved the issue. (But, there was a moment that I got an error, "Delete permissions denied, record does not exist" but th...

Re: Changed PayPeriods, now YTD Totals on Paystubs not corre
My apologies for not being clearer. I believe I may have pinpointed the error I'm seeing though I don't know how I can fix it. Let's, for example, look at employee #4, Initials RP, and, for clarity, let's look at just one payroll item, "Regular Time". The correct YTD for "Regular Time...

Re: Changed PayPeriods, now YTD Totals on Paystubs not corre
FYI, it's not just the Tips amendment that's incorrect on the recently-generated, current pay stub. It appears none of the YTD amounts are correct for employees with previous pay checks for this year. (There are two employees who are being paid for the first time this year on this paycheck.)

It's the "Tips" amendment for all employees that had "Tips" added on previous checks.

Re: Changed PayPeriods, now YTD Totals on Paystubs not corre
I was making changes. (And that might explain why it appeared TimeTrex was possessed.)
It appears that previous Paystubs are correct. However, our Paystub amendment doesn't seem to be adding up correctly on the current, newly generated paystub.

Re: Changed PayPeriods, now YTD Totals on Paystubs not corre
Naturally, I'm continuing to try to find the solution on my own. I discovered this problem when trying to change the status of a Pay Stub to "Open" from "Paid". I'm nearly certain the problem is related to the YTD Totals not being correct anymore. Invalid-Pay-Period-Incorrect-YTD...

Changed PayPeriods, now YTD Totals on Paystubs not correct
Using Cloud Hosted. I recently had to replace my Pay Periods with new a new one because new pay periods weren't being created automatically. (I followed instructions I found in the forums here: http://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?t=1403 ) Now, new Pay Stubs are not showing the correct YTD total...

Re: Incorrect number of employees on Line 1 of 941
I don't know what you did but yes, it is now showing the correct number of employees on Line 1 of the 941.
(Yay! I found a bug!!! )

Incorrect number of employees on Line 1 of 941
(Using Community version 7.1; cloud hosted) It appears that TimeTrex is generating the incorrect number of employees on Line 1 of form 941. The Report for 941 (Reports > Tax > Form 941 > View Report option on left > Template > by Employee) only shows 5 employees but Line 1 of 941 (Reports > Tax > Fo...

Yes. It's there. I was looking for it in its old place below the TimeSheet. Thanks for the reply.

Timesheet verification
I don't really mean to hijack the thread (and I'm not sure this counts as "hijacking") but.... I'm having the same issue; using 5.3.0 (in the mysterious "cloud".... oooh... :) ) I know I can go back to the non-flash interface to do it. I've also tried looking through the settings...

Suggestion: Add "Print" option to Email
I found myself needing to print a message in the new Flash/Flex interface. Unfortunately, there was no "Print" option.
TimeTrex already makes .pdf's left and right; please add the ability to print a message or save it as a .pdf.
Thanks!

Re: Printing Email sent within TimeTrex
Oddly, finding that "Print" option only ends up printing a portion of the screen. I'll make a "Feature Request" to add printing ability to the messages menu. (The software already makes PDFs left and right; shouldn't be too difficult to add the ability to a message.)

Re: Printing Email sent within TimeTrex
Unfortunately, the right-click context menu doesn't include a "Print" option.
Keep in mind, this is with the new 5.0 "Flex" interface and it's all Flash. Ah! Is there a way to access the data using the previous, non-Flash interface?

Printing Email sent within TimeTrex
I am using TimeTrex Standard 5.2.3 (hosted on TimeTrex servers). I need to print an email but have found no method to do so and a quick search of the forum returns no results. Is printing an email possible? If so, how? Thanks! (No, really. Thank you; you guys do a tremendous amount of awesome for so...

Entering a wage garnishment
I've searched the forum and the FAQ and the Admin guide but was unable to find information on this. I have an employee who needs to have his wages garnished for back taxes. (We received a letter from the tax agency.) They instruct me to withhold any amount over gross pay of, say, $500 and 25% of any...

Re: Phantom Pay Stub Amendments (& problem generating pay stubs)
I'm not terribly familiar with SQL databases but I was able to solve the problem without a complete reinstall. I found the daily backups in the TimeTrex directory ("timetrex_database_<date>.sql") and edited the most recent one. I found the lines that had the paystub amendments by searching...

Re: Phantom Pay Stub Amendments (& problem generating pay stubs)
Ack! That's what I was afraid of. (And, reinstalling from scratch won't be too difficult; just mildly annoying.)
Can you give me an idea of what files to look for for the database and what part of the database (once I get to it) to make the changes in?
Thanks!

Phantom Pay Stub Amendments (& problem generating pay stubs)
I'm having trouble generating pay stubs for the current pay period. TimeTrex appears to show 4 phantom pay stub amendments which is preventing the pay stubs from being generated. Screen shot of "End of Pay Period" screen. Phantom-Pay-Stub-Amendment.jpg Clicking on "View" for the ...
