There is no automated way to migrate data to/from our cloud hosted service however you may use the Import Wizard located by clicking Company -> Import to manually import some data.

You can use the Schedule View to schedule time off as well as schedule employee shifts which can be found by clicking Attendance -> Schedules and should meet your needs. From the screenshot that you provided make sure that the employee is assigned to a Pay Period Schedule by clicking the Edit Employee icon. In order for us to assist you with your issue please post a copy of an employee's pay stub that is experiencing the problem as well as a screenshot of their Tax tab which can be found by clicking Employee -> Employees.

If you are still experiencing this issue please post an uncropped screenshot of the employee's timesheet that you're trying to print the report for as well as screenshots of messages you receive after clicking the Print icon.

Make sure that employees and the "30min Lunch" Meal Policy are assigned to the same Policy Group and recalculate the employee timesheets by clicking Attendance -> TimeSheet, and then clicking the ReCalculate TimeSheet icon.

Please make sure that your Auto-Deduct Meal Policy is assigned to the proper Policy Group by clicking Policy -> Policy Groups, save any changes and then while viewing an employee's timesheet recalculate timesheets to see the change by clicking the ReCalculate TimeSheet icon.
