Re: Exception Summary Report Not Working
Unfortunately without more specific information its hard to say for sure. In regards to the Exceptions not appearing, its possible you were looking at the wrong report (ie: Exceptions for just yourself, vs. Exceptions for all other employees). Or you could have had a search criteria specified that w...

Re: State income tax not withheld
While the Utah state income tax is a flat percent, there are allowances and allowance reduction adjustments that do come into play, so its not as simple as it seems. Does the employee have any UT - State Income Tax allowances specified in their employee tax settings? If you changed any tax related s...

Re: How to test Accrual
I've gone through Report-->TimeSheet Reports-->Accrual Balance Summary but I can't even get any employee names to show up no matter what I select. Can you view the future in TimeTrex, or does it not work because they haven't logged in and out for all those future shifts? Future accruals don't appea...

TimeTrex can generate a US national standard ACH file containing direct deposit instructions, which you can then upload to your bank, assuming you already have such a service with your bank of course.

Re: Multiple Notification Emails After Upgrade to 14
We received your email, however the attached duplicate email files all seem to be substantially modified from what TimeTrex actually sends, but they definitely were sent at different times, which is strange. Checking the timestamps themselves, they are as follows: Mon, 20 Sep 2021 17:45:45 Mon, 20 S...

Re: Unable to change punches for a user
According to the diagnostic information you uploaded, I see that a punch on 09/17/21 5:37 was modified without any errors using a SOAP API call to: setPunch(). I don't see any such punch being modified through our main web UI though.

Re: Multiple Notification Emails After Upgrade to 14
So the timestamp at the bottom of the email all being the exact same second is likely the smoking gun here. You censored the email addresses, but if they are all going to the same email address, and they are arriving tens of minutes apart, but the timestamp at the bottom of the email body is the exa...

Re: Multiple Notification Emails After Upgrade to 14
That definitely should not be happening. When logged into TimeTrex, if you click the bell icon at the top right, do you see multiple notification records there that match with each email that you received? Are you able to attach screenshots of two or three of the emails for the same request here inc...

Uninstalling TimeTrex completely and re-installing it would likely be the easiest way.jhonathanmaster wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 4:33 pm Hello, I was doing testing with TimeTrex and I would like to remove all the employees and related data to start by scratch do you have any functionality to remove the user complete from the database?

Re: No earnings, employee may not have any hours for this pay period
Salaried employees must have at least 1 minute of worked time in each pay period in order to receive their salary and have a pay stub generated. So you will need to ensure that they have punches on the timesheet.

Re: Unable to Delete Paystub
You will also need to go to Payroll -> Pay Stub Transactions and edit each transaction associated with the pay stub in question to change the Status to "Stop Payment". Only then can you delete the pay stubs. This is of course a safety mechanism to ensure you don't accidently delete a pay s...

That message was sent erroneously during the recent upgrade to TimeTrex v14.0. There was never any actual problem, just that error message was sent to some people when it shouldn't have been. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

If you manually created the pay stub (with Payroll -> Pay Stubs, New), you must also manually calculate and add all line items (including taxes and deductions) as well as any pay stub transactions too, only then will clicking "Process Transactions" process the transactions you created. Kee...

Re: Community Upgrade Issues (DEB/ZIP)
Definitely not a good idea to have multiple PHP versions installed, as its possible that the maintenance jobs will end up using one version (CLI) and the web interface another (MOD-PHP or PHP-FPM). If PHP v8.0 is already installed, I would recommend going with it, as PHP 7.4 will end active support ...

Due to the fact that you haven't fully described your requirements (or they have changed) and the complex nature of the situation, these forums aren't conducive to a timely solution. Okay, v11.5 is extremely old, its possible the auto-upgrade system couldn't perform the upgrade for some reason and eventually gave up years ago.
