A wage adjustment which TimeTrex does not apply to the timesheet retroactively was made. Recalculating your timesheet(s) for the March 27, 2016 to April 9, 2016 Pay Period by clicking Attendance -> TimeSheet, and then clicking the ReCalculate TimeSheet icon should resolve your issue.

There is no automated way to migrate data to/from our cloud hosted service however you may use the Import Wizard located by clicking Company -> Import to manually import some data.

The user that is associated with the Supervisor (All Employees) Permission Group should be assigned to the Supervisor (Subordinates Only) Permission Group. Please post a screenshot of a timesheet that has a date that is being affected by the Not Scheduled Exception as well as a screenshot of that date's corresponding scheduled shift.
