Re: Accrual Used has Different Date than TimeSheet
We found that our Linux server has a system timezone of GMT+09. When we change the timetrex.ini.php file to have the system_timezone value of GMT, all of our Timesheets get changed to very strange times, presumably nine timezones away. Is there anyway to set the timetrex.ini.php file to GMT and then...

Default Report - Wages by Type/Employee - Missing Data
Hello has anyone tried the Wages by Type/Employee report with the default settings. I'm running TT 7.1.2 and the report is only giving me Hourly wages. The report is not showing any Salary wages or any of my Secondary Wage Group wages. I've tried changing some of the settings to no avail. Any advice?

Re: Awarding Accrual Hours with a Future Date
OK thanks for the clarification. That is correct, the date has no effect on the balance, its used primarily for accounting/tracking purposes. The folks in our accounting department would really appreciate the date having an effect on the balance. For some reason our accountants like correct balances...

Re: Awarding Accrual Hours with a Future Date
Just to be clear, does that mean that the date on an accrual entry has no effect on the balance of the accrual? If so, why even have a date field?

Re: Accrual Used has Different Date than TimeSheet
I tried setting the system_timezone value in timetrex.ini.php to match all of our employee preferences (which are GMT). system_timezone=GMT This has caused even more problems. When the user creates a New Absence, the system now overrides the date chosen by the user and places the absence on the day ...

Awarding Accrual Hours with a Future Date
We have an accrual policy that we are using to manually award employees extra vacation time for various reasons. As you can see in the example below, we have an employee with no awards this year (i.e. Initial Balance = 0) and 104:00 hours of vacation effective 01-Jan-2015. FutureAccrualAward.png HOW...

Accrual Used has Different Date than TimeSheet
We are using TimeTrex 7.1.2 on a Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS server. We have an Absence policy called 'Cuti Tahunan' tied to an Accrual policy called 'Sisa Cuti Tahunan'. When we enter an absence on a TimeSheet, the Accrual policy deducts the time absent from the Accrual bank using the wrong date. In these s...

Re: Premium Policy - Advanced Type
OK thanks - that is unfortunate.
We have decided to manage this premium time with an Absence entry. The supervisor will make be able to manually enter the employees' time worked as a paid Absence whose policy is set to pay out at the wage factors we require.

Thanks for looking through my post. I was unable to find any other information as to the reason the SMTP delivery wasn't working, so I switched to using one of the other methods. I am attempting to give an employee premium pay for time they worked in another department. For the first hour in Department-B they get Time-And-A-Half (1.5 x Wage). Re: Potential Bug - Recurring PS Amendments Percent Type
I'm using version 7.1.2 which was upgraded from a previous version (can't remember if we jumped from v3 to v7 or from v5 to v7). Where can I find instructions for setting up Loans manually? If my version does not require a manual setup, then can you give some instructions for a Tax/Deduction loan re...

Re: Potential Bug - Recurring PS Amendments Percent Type
Actually I really hope the feature is NOT discontinued. The Recurring PS Amendments is extremely helpful for loan repayments. Often our employees asked to have a loan schedule setup for up to a year. Often, they will want to make a larger payment on their loan than the automatic loan schedule. The R...

Re: Potential Bug - Recurring PS Amendments Percent Type
I guess it would be a good idea to start moving all of our Recurring PS Amendments over to the Taxes / Deductions area. It sounds like that Recurring PS Amendments feature will be discontinued at some time.

I should mention that I am multiplying a type "Miscellaneous" PS Account by the percentage (33%).

Potential Bug - Recurring PS Amendments Percent Type
I have added a Recurring PS Amendment that multiplies a PS Account by a percent. I have configured the amendment to take a percentage of one account from the PS, multiply it by 33%, and save the result in another account on the PS. When I save my configuration, the data...
