Is it possible to give permissions to all users to see a full list of staff on the Who's in/out dashlet without giving them access to view everyone else's timesheets?
thanks,
Phil

Apply shifts retrospectively?
Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to apply shifts (and the associated calculations) retrospectively. I've applied a few shifts to staff members, but it looks like the calculations only apply after the day I've created them (not from the date the shift pattern was created to start at). So if I c...

Re: Adding to Timebank when on Vacation
Say that it's not quite correct :) I've created an Overtime Policy which has pay code - timebank that's active after 00:00, but I'm still getting Time Bank (Withdrawal). timebank_vacation_1.png Should I be excluding something from my Schedule Policy for Undertime? timebank_vacation_1.png thanks once...

Re: Adding to Timebank when on Vacation
Mike,
thanks for this.
Would I just put 'TimeBank (Deposit)' in the Pay Code?
What would I put in the the Contributing Shift Policy? Would I just put 'Regular Time'? I don't really understand the function of Contributing Shift Policy.
thanks again,
Phil

Re: Warning
Hi Mike, thanks for the quick reply. I did see the error message again this morning, but unfortunately I didn't see if it was an identical error message. If I log out and in again it isn't there (although there is a thin red bar top and bottom of all the timesheets - I'm not sure if this is just par...
Re: Warning
Also, in this picture, it shows a pending request that has been acknowledged. This is stuck on pending too. Any idea how to fix this and the request no longer appears in the requests page?
Warning
Hi, apologies for plastering the board with new queries, I have quite a few :) I've attached a warning I've been getting sometime upon logging in. It doesn't seem to appear every time however. I'm not sure who this warning applies too. Is it me, or my staff member? Both have a Pay Period Schedule an...

Timebank accrual on Statutory Holiday Days
Hi, I'm trying to work out how to get time deposited in the TimeBank if a staff member works on a Statutory Holiday (Bank Holiday in the UK). bankholiday1.png In this example I've set the day as Statutory leave, but when time is added, it just totals up in Regular Time and isn't added to the TimeBan...

Adding to Timebank when on Vacation
Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way to add to the Timebank if a staff member works on their Vacation day. I've set a vacation day on a staff member and it's removed 7:30 hours from their allocated vacation allowance. However, if I test the system by adding some time in (assuming they were working fro...

Permissions query
Hi, I'm trying to set up timetrex to be used just as a flexi time record/manager. If I could just quickly check that I'm doing the right sort of thing - I've set up an over time policy to gain overtime, then set up a shift with the same hours each day so that I can apply an undertime policy. This sh...
