Re: License Conflict
There are some permission issues. If you would like more details, please let me know. I logged in as an employee with very minimal permissions, and they were still able to see the edit employee button along with some other things that they shouldn't have access to.

Re: Ability to Setup a Schedule for an employee as a call-in
You could create an absence policy and use it as that. It does not display a set time and are not actually scheduled a slot. Just marked in the schedule as "Call-In" for examlple.

I know that there is a way to do a direct deposit, however I am not sure on the details on how to implement it. I am not sure about the other ones.

Re: Schedules and timesheets
you could do that. you would have to be using recurring schedules though. If you do that, there is an option for auto-pilot. With this checked, it will automatically punch in the employees for you.

They should work now. I think that there was an error before. Just make sure that you have an updated TimeTrex version.

Re: I can't create a new Hierarchy
I have no clue what to tell you. I tried to create that error on my install and I just couldn't do it. I have all of my hierarchies created already and I was still able to create a new one. My only guess would be an error in you manual install, but even then I am doubting it. It could be an error in...

Re: Cloud Hosted Edition
There is no limit to the data. The only downfall is that the employees may have really weird usernames as if your desired username is at all on the server, you can not use it.
The information is stored in TimeTrex's servers.

I mean so that they can select a range of dates so it shows up in the timecard as a request on each day. It would just make it easier at least for our administration.

Ranged Requests
I think that it would be nice if when an employee creates a request, there is an option to select multiple dates rather that forcing them to create multiple requests.

you could run a punch summary report with custom dates of last year and look at the very last number in bold on the bottom of the page.
