In order for us to assist you please post an uncropped screenshot of your Pay Period Schedule tab which can be located by clicking Payroll -> Pay Period Schedules, selecting your Pay Period Schedule by clicking on it so that it is highlighted in blue and then clicking the Edit icon.

The ability for employees to directly enter worked hours without punches isn't available unless using Absence time which can be done as an alternative.

To have your employees enter their own hours you can assign them to the "Regular Employee (Manual Entry)" Permission Group which will allow them to Add/Edit/Delete their own Punches on their own timesheet. Please see the Employee Information section of the TimeTrex Administrator Guide for ...

Accrual Policies will accrue time such as Vacation and Sick Time automatically for an employee. Your import_user_example.txt file should be in CSV format using commas to separate data instead of tab delimited. For example:

After selecting a Report Template you can click the Excel icon that resides in the Editor Group located at the top left which will allow you to export the report as an Excel-readable csv file.

Future Recurring Schedule shifts will automatically become committed (black text) within two to fours hours of the start of the scheduled shift time.

Auto-Punch doesn't apply to dates in the past retroactively and only works on future shifts.

Accrual Total Maximum is not considered when Overtime or Premium Policies deposit to the Accrual Policy and so what you're looking for is not currently available in TimeTrex.

Please make sure that your employees and Accrual Policies are a part of the same Policy Group by clicking Policy -> Policy Groups.
