See item #4 in the FAQ, that should prevent those errors from happening.

Re: report_schedule does not exist

It appears that you are trying to do the MySQL -> PostgreSQL conversion with TimeTrex v11.2.5, which is incorrect. You must do the conversion with v11.0.2 first as described in the FAQ, only once you have fully migrated to PostgreSQL and everything is running on v11.0.2 properly, can you proceed to ...

Re: report_schedule does not exist

We will need to see the full line in the .SQL file that is causing the error in order to determine the proper course of action to fix it.

Re: report_schedule does not exist

It appears that error is being triggered by line 90 of the timetrex_mysql.sql file. Could you post the few lines above, and few lines below that here and let us know specifically which line is 90?

Re: system_log

Unfortunately in some cases MySQL can take an extremely long time to upgrade to v11.0 due to how it handles table schema changes (one of the reasons why we don't support it anymore). If you were to stop it now the database would be corrupt and you would have to restore the entire database from a bac...

Re: Errors

You will need to set "installer_enabled = TRUE" in your timetrex.ini.php, then re-run the web installer (usually an icon in the Start menu, or point your browser to: <domain>/interface/install/install.php ) to run another system requirements check to see specifically what the issue is.

Re: Errors

Unfortunately I'm not seeing any obvious in the log file. Are there any other older log files that you could attach as well perhaps? Do you know roughly when the error started occurring?

Re: Errors

Please enable logging as per the above mentioned FAQ, then login to TimeTrex again so you can see the errors. Please attach a screenshot showing the errors as well as a copy of your timetrex.log file.

Re: Export Wages

Only option would be to upgrade to the latest version of TimeTrex, or write a script using the API to get the information.

If you are looking for a javascript example, the existing web interface calls into the API for everything, so its a good example.

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours

Try running the following command, changing the paths as necessary to fit your installation:

Code: Select all

schtasks /create /SC minute /TN timetrex_maintenance /TR ""c:\timetrex\php\php-win.exe" "c:\timetrex\timetrex\maint\cron.php""

We need to see your TimeTrex log file after you go through the web based installer, without that we are only guessing as to what the problem may be.

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours

There are several errors in that log, but I don't think they are related to this. Try enabling logging in timetrex.ini.php as per our FAQ ( https://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=89 ) then re-run the TimeTrex web installer (not the executable installer) then attach the log here once done.

In the c:\timetrex\ directory there should be a install log file that may be helpful.

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours

Yes, there must be an entry in the Task Scheduler that triggers the maintenance jobs to run on a regular basis. When running the TimeTrex installer it should automatically put it there as long as its run as an administrator user.
