Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
Hello. I'm having the same issue as Two8nine with the "Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours". I've followed most of the threads related to this problem. Is it safe to say re-running the installer as explained to Two8nine may help resolve the issue? By doing so, we wo...

Re: How to exclude weekends from punch ins and outs
Recurring Schedules can easily exclude weekends, but that only affects schedules and not punch times.
When adding punches, you can pick multiple individual dates rather than a range, then you could just skip weekends when picking the individual dates.

The only way to do that is to only populate a range of one week at a time, excluding the weekend.

Re: Unable to import ANY data
Likely a permissions issue, you will need to enable debug logging and attach the log here. For instructions on doing that please see: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=89

See https://www.timetrex.com/how-to-install ... ntu-debian, under section "If you are using the default directories you can use these commands:", where it has example chmod commands you can run.

Re: Not enough disk space available
There are many reasons we have that requirement, for one if your drive is more than about 85% full you will start to notice performance degradation due to file system fragmentation and if its over 95% full it can become quite severe to the point where maintenance jobs can't complete on time. During ...

Re: Permission needed to recalculate timesheet
They need to have permissions to edit all punches, or edit subordinate punches, then recalculating timesheets functionality is enabled.

In the timetrex.ini.php file, there is a "system_timezone" setting, make sure it is specified and matches the server timezone.

I've confirmed with the developers that this feature will be available in the next release of TimeTrex, likely due out in the next month or so.

Re: getPunch() API all of sudden returning bad data
The URL would be the same one you use to login to the TimeTrex web interface, only with the proper path to the JSON API.
That varies for every installation so its not something we can tell you unless you provide us the full and exact URL that you use to login to the web interface.

The SSL certificate shouldn't have anything to do with, however if you are using LDAP with SSL, the LDAP server domain needs to be prefixed with "ldaps://"

Re: Email invalid - domain resolves internally
And how would one do this with an Ubuntu installation? We have a .us domain and isn't recognized as valid. The TLD (.us) itself has no bearing on this, its simply a matter of having proper DNS records required for email to be delivered. Even if TimeTrex allowed the email address to be entered, it c...

Re: getPunch() API all of sudden returning bad data
I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to do, but this code seems incorrect on several levels: $rx_punchdata = postToURL( buildURL( 'APIPunch', 'getPunch' ), array( $theUser ), array('filter_data' => array('date_stamp' => '4-8-18')) ); 1. You are passing two arrays as separate arguments, which isn't ...

If you assign employees to the permission group "Regular Employee (Manual Punch)", then they can manually add/edit/delete their own punches however they wish.

There is likely only 13 rows to be displayed then.
Keep in mind this report does not show all employees on it, only employees that have punched within the specified time period, which by default is the last 24hrs.
