Re: lunch punch out is rounding
The rounding policy you specified looks correct, but it sounds like you may have other rounding policies setup that are being triggered as well if Lunch Out punches are still being rounded to 15mins. Please attach screenshots showing each of your rounding policy details so we can assist you further.

Re: testing payroll need to undo
You can undo pretty much everything, it just takes a bit of effort in some cases. If you are doing extensive testing you may want to plan on doing a fresh install and starting fresh once you are done.

Re: testing payroll need to undo
Edit the Pay Period and set the status to "Post Adjustment", that allows you to do everything that you need to as if its "Open".

Re: testing payroll need to undo
No need to modify tables directly, nor is it recommended as you will certainly break things. You can undo anything you want from the user interface.
Instead please provide specifics as to what you are trying to do, and what error messages you are receiving.

Re: scheduling or accrual functionality
If you are just looking for a report that shows that, it can easily be done from either the TimeSheet Summary or TimeSheet Detail reports, depending on the time frame that you require.

Re: getting ver 11.4 of timetrex on centos 7
PostgreSQL and PHP require 3rd party packages on CentOS 7 so they meet the minimum requirements in TimeTrex v11.5.x.

Re: getting ver 11.4 of timetrex on centos 7
TimeTrex v11.5.x can work on CentOS v7, just not out of the box since many of CentOS's packages are extremely out dated. By installing 3rd party packages you can get TimeTrex to work fairly easily though.

Based on the screenshot, your "base_url" should be just "/interface/", since "/timetrex" does not appear anywhere in your URL after the domain part.

Re: Absence Policy not calculated as expected on timesheet
I'm not seeing any "Regular Time" on the employees timesheet, under Policy -> Regular Time policy, do you have any defined there, and are they assigned to employees through the Policy Group?

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
You would need to enable logging as per the following FAQ, then next time the issue happens there would be detailed information in the log file if its related to TimeTrex that is.

Re: Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours
If the error message you received was in fact: "Warning: Critical Maintenance Jobs have not run in the last 48hours", then it has nothing to do with marking pay stubs as paid or closing pay periods. My guess is that whatever the problem was that was the causing the original message resolve...

Unfortunately the Community Edition doesn't offer that functionality, however the paid editions do have some functionality that can help with it.

Re: So how are Recurring Templates actually used?
What you are looking for is what TimeTrex refers to as "Open Shift Scheduling" and is only available in the paid editions. With the Community Edition recurring schedules can only be assigned directly to employees.

Re: Update the CentOS install instructions perhaps?
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately you caught us in a transitional period as we just recently released a new version of TimeTrex that requires PHP and PostgreSQL versions newer than what CentOS 7 offers and we are still in the process of updating the installation documentation. We will get a...

Re: Requests dashlet not populating for one permission group
I'm assuming you have customized the permissions for the Supervisor (Subordinates Only) permission group and likely removed something that is required. Can the affected employee go to MyAccount -> Requests and see requests there? You can do a quick comparison with the default permissions by going to...

Re: Having issues setting up
Your regular time policy is set to use the OverTime pay formula policy for some reason, that is likely causing you the problems. That should be changed back to "- Defined By Pay Code -", then if you recalculate the employees timesheets their wages should start appearing.

Re: Having issues setting up
That looks fine too. So you are going to have to trace the Regular Time policy through to the Pay Code, through to the Pay Formula policy to ensure they are properly specified and setup correctly. I could take a look if you send a screenshot of each of those records. Although you do appear to have s...

Re: Currency format comma period
If you check the TimeTrex log file, it will confirm the exact locale being used for each employee when they view their pay stub. Your only choices from there is to choose a different locale somehow (though short of changing the language or country this is difficult) or change the specific locale set...

That looks fine, could you also attach a screenshot of the employees timesheet with the Wage icon enabled where its not displaying any wage for the employee?
