Sorry, perhaps I'm not understanding. If you are planning on restoring a database, you should not be trying to add data to a current fresh database, as it will all get wiped when you restore anyways.

You are correct, that doesn't make sense if the employee receives the authorized notifications. We will investigate this further and see what we can come up with. Keep an eye on the release notes for the next version to see if we found anything.

According to the log the employee has all notifications turned off, therefore no notification is sent.

TimeTrex definitely sends a notification to the employee when a request is authorized or declined. Please make sure the employee has all notification types enabled in their preferences.

TimeTrex doesn't currently support pay periods that end anytime other than midnight.

Confirm that the employees have wages defined in their employee records with proper effective dates, and you may need to recalculate their timesheets if the wages were entered retroactively.

The Advanced tab isn't functionality that exists in the Community Edition, so we will get the documentation corrected.

You can use your own printer settings to adjust the margins for alignment though.

Because you are getting column headers back, its likely that the filter criteria you are specifying is incorrect, so there are no rows to return. So you should be able to use the exact JSON payload provided by the UI when tracing is enabled. The "payroll_export" is just a 2nd parameter in the data structure, like this:
