In the first screenshot you posted you'll notice two Exceptions: In Early (S3) and Out Early (S5). The In Early Exception is not checked and so is disabled.

If I understand you, yes you are correct.

Your Secondary Wage Group called "Overtime" (without the quotes) has a Type of Salary (Monthly) of 12.00. This should be changed so the Type is Hourly.

Also be aware that with Overtime Policies the RATE is a multiplier not an amount of pay.

We were unable to recreate your issue as we understand it. Please provide screenshots of the Pay Period Schedule settings you are using and any error messages that are appearing.

We suggest an upgrade to the latest version of the Community Edition (7.1.0). This may resolve the issue you're encountering.

Please try using the Payroll Export Report in the Generic Excel/CSV format. Doing so should get you closer to the results you're looking for.
