If the debug verbosity is set to 11 properly you should never be sent to the down for maintenance page. So you missed a step somewhere.

Okay, if you set your debug verbosity to 10 in your timetrex.ini.php file, then edit interface/install/DatabaseConfig.php and under the line: case 'install_schema': Uncomment the Debug::Verbosity line so it looks like this: //Need to create the tables after the database //exists and Database.inc.php...

Commas (",") and Periods (".") often aren't allowed in naming fields because they can cause issues when searching later on.

intl3_svn.dll seems to be a Subversion DLL, not sure what that has to do with PHP, it might be required for a web DAV subversion module for Apache, which if you aren't using could probably just be disabled in the Apache config file.

Ignus, the issue you describe is completely different, and in fact it is by design, please read section 2.3 of the Administrator Guide pertaining to daily continuous time.

If you do not have administrator permissions anymore you will need to re-install TimeTrex and start over again. If that is not an option for you because you have already added data to the system that you do not want to lose, you will need to purchase a support package from us and we can work on fixi...

Did you use the permission preset to set your permissions to "administrator"? If so, you should still have full permissions.

Do you still have access to the permissions page?

This is bad, I would look into repairing all your tables, it appears you have some data corruption in your database. mysql.err: InnoDB: Check that you do not already have another mysqld process InnoDB: using the same InnoDB data or log files. InnoDB: Unable to lock ./ibdata1, error: 11 InnoDB: Check...

I am unable to replicate this issue on our end, is it possible for you to email a dump of your TimeTrex database to support@timetrex.com for further diagnosis?

Please include the exact date and employee which you are experiencing this problem with as well.

Look for our Online University to open later this summer which will have online video tutorials that will walk you through every nook and cranny of TimeTrex.

Have a great weekend.

This appears to be the same issue as this topic:

Don't use the "Add: Punch" button, click on the blank cell instead. "Add: Punch" should only be used when there are no blank cells available for the day.

TimeTrex has not been tested to be fully UTF-8 compliant in versions LESS then 2.0. We are working towards that for version 2.0 which should hopefully be released sometime this month.

We will definitely need beta testers, so keep an eye open for it.

TimeTrex version 2.0 which we are looking to release in beta form sometime this month will support multiple languages out of the box. It won't be perfect, but it should go along way to getting there. We are definitely looking for people to help translate TimeTrex to different languages though, pleas...

If they are working a truly flexible shift, there is no real reason to schedule them is there? Just don't create a schedule for them at all, and have them punch in/out as they wish. As for your question about punches, it depends on how they currently look, but here are some examples: In: 8:00AM Out ...

When there are no more available rows in the TimeSheet, simply click on the day that you want more punches on (so it becomes highlighted in blue), and click the: Add: Punch button in the upper right of the timesheet. This will create two more rows on the TimeSheet. Punching in/out using the In/Out b...
