If you manually add punches to a date several days in the future for a total of one hour is the Break Policy deducted?
Have you tried recalculating the employee's timesheet to see if that makes a difference?

Your permissions are set up in such a way that you do not have access to edit employee records.

In regards to your questions:
1. If you're seeing OPEN shifts go to ATTENDANCE -> RECURRING SCHEDULES to remove them.
2. Check the Schedule Policy. Break Policies can be assigned through there, separately from the Policy Group.

This issue will be fixed in the next version of TimeTrex. In the meantime please use the value of 1, click Save and then edit it again and enter a value of 0.

The Print Timesheet function is not customizable. However, "Timesheet electronically verified..." does appear near the top right of the document in the same row as the pay period when its verified.

No. There is no user limit in the Standard edition of TimeTrex.

Version 2.2.18 of TimeTrex has not been supported in many years. We strongly recommend you upgrade to the newest version.

TimeTrex can currently handle only one Meal Policy per shift. That being said you could create one 60 minute meal policy per schedule and then have people punching in/out for two 30 minute meal breaks.
