Re: Show Holiday Absence on Timecard
Good, I'm glad I understand the system correctly. Does that mean that my feature request has been dropped? That is correct.
We were hoping for a different method (an automated method) of getting the Name of the Holiday printed on the Timecard.

Re: Show Holiday Absence on Timecard
There is no absence entered on the holiday for that employee, so it wouldn't appear on the printed timecard. Its possible that your Holiday Policy is not setup correctly, or the employee does not meet the eligibility criteria for the holiday policy. We'd like to have the name of the Holiday show up...

Yes, that's true, but what I was hoping is that it could show on the Detailed PDF in the Absence Time column just like the Absence Reason shows.

Unscheduled Absence Emails not being Sent
We have an exception policy that is set to notify both the employee and the supervisor of an S1 - Unscheduled Absence exception. We are not getting these emails. We are getting emails for the M1, M2, M3 exceptions but not the S1. Here is a screen shot of our exception policy. Screen Shot 2014-04-16 ...

Show Holiday Absence on Timecard
When a person is absent, the reason for their absence is shown on their timecard. This is a very nice feature, but could it be expanded to show the name of a Holiday as the reason for the absence?
I apologize if this is already a feature, and I'm not aware of how to use it.

Re: Undertime Hours not Recalculating
The schedule policy must be selected for the undertime absence policy to be calculated. The schedule policy is never "dropped" on its own, it has to be done manually or is the result of an incorrect setting when the scheduled shift itself was created. OK, thanks. We'll look into why this ...

Re: New Version only English??
It doesn't matter which language we choose, it won't work ... however ... Do you have that locale installed in Ubuntu? Aha! - that was the problem. As soon as we installed the locale in Ubuntu the other language became available. Now we know that in order for a language to work in TimeTrex, the same...

Undertime Hours not Recalculating
When an employee forgets to punch OUT on a day, and the punch is added to the timesheet manually, the Undertime Absence Policy does not seem to get calculated. Here is an example of an Undertime condition where we have entered the punch OUT manually, and the Undertime Absence is not added. When we u...

PROBLEM SOLVED
PROBLEM SOLVED After some testing, we found that setting the timezone in the timetrex.ini.php file did not correct our problem, but I guess that's a bit obvious if you are reading the entire post. We left the setting active even though it did not correct the problem. In actuality, we found that the...

Re: Accrual Used has Different Date than TimeSheet
According to the log, the default system timezone in use is: Asia/Jayapura I'm glad you found that to be true. As you can see from my earlier post, I was thinking the same thing. http://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6159&p=18851#p18816 Then the employees timezone is set to GMT. Ye...
